'Conscious Awareness of the Five Senses'
Intensive study and CLI application of the five senses
Our 5 Senses collect data from our internal and external environments. As the data is collected the brain gives our sensory experience meaning. Every thought, judgment, belief, and emotion play apart in our sensory perception. Without our senses we would not be here.
Our experience of our world is based on our fear-based judgements of how we think we should or should not experience life, ultimately living from a very limited perspective of what actually is.
For example, if I smell fresh baked bread my senses and brain all engage in the meaning of this smell. This gives us the perception of the total sum of the sensory experience and the meaning of fresh baked bread, based on all the data I have ever collected about bread. For some, this could be perceived as a comfort food, associated with mom and grandma. For others there may be a dangerous filter on there sensory experience of bread which would send signals through out the body to react to the smell from a place of fear.
In this course we will be using the CLI process to gain awareness through each one of our 5 senses and working with each one individually from a consciousness perspective. We will expand on the theory of the 5 senses interaction with our Brain.
As long as fear and everything other than you is living at the center of your life you will experience life as a series of conflicts and pain.
