Giving and Receiving are meant to be an expansion cycle of universal energy flow. You are meant to be an open conduit for both receiving and giving. 
Receiving is an unconditional willingness and trust to allow the filling up.
Giving is the willingness to trust to allow the emptying.
Ever wonder why you don’t have the abundance you say you want? Fear-based beliefs around giving and receiving will block the universal flow of this cycle. In this class we will focus on and more deeply explore the theory of this natural cycle as it is in nature and what happens when the mind’s fear and judgements begin to distort this cycle.  We will use some fun CLI exercises to uncover the strategies your own mind uses to interrupt and stop the flow and shift your perspectives.
