I am a qualified Body Talk Practitioner, I have also studied advanced modules 6 and 4/7. I am from London, England but I trained under Kelley Burry for 6 months when I was 22. I intensively lived the consciousness lifestyle and the values of BodyTalk everyday whilst living at the retreat and still continue to implement these values into my everyday life.
With these learnings, I have started my own successful yoga company 'CorkYogis'. Through my company and with the consciousness perspective we are able to make some huge positive changes to the lives of some of the most vulnerable women in India. I hope to keep working towards using consciousness to change lives.
